The committee has been formed based on the Article 3 of the Labor Courts Law No. 7036; Paragraph 10 of Article 15 of the Mediation Law for Legal Conflicts; and Article 18 of the Regulations Governing Mediation Law for Legal Conflicts as published in the Official Gazette dated June 2, 2019 and dated 30439.
