ÖYP Institutional Coordination Unit is the unit authorised and responsible for the secretariat services of the Faculty Member Training Programme in higher education institutions, the execution of all kinds of expenditures and the execution of all kinds of business and transactions related to the ÖYP.

2547 sayılı Yükseköğretim Kanununun 10 uncu maddesi ve Merkezi Yönetim Bütçe Kanununun ilgili hükümlerine dayanılarak oluşturulmuştur. Yükseköğretim kurumlarına Öğretim Üyesi Yetiştirme Programı kapsamında öğretim üyesi yetiştirilmesi amacıyla araştırma görevlisi kadrolarına atananlara ilişkin usul ve esasları göre koordinasyonu sağlamaktadır.
