Applied Western Blot Training was Held in Our Institute in Collaboration with SEM

On January 22, 2024, Western Blot applied training was given in the Health Biotechnology laboratory on the 2nd floor of our institute building. Within the scope of the training, in addition to the theory of the Western Blot technique; and the application of the technique, such as total protein isolation, gel electrophoresis, transfer, identification with antibodies, chemiluminescence imaging, and interpretation of the results was studied.
