University of Bologna Visit and Project Meeting within the Scope of LOFT Food Trace Project

The second meeting of the Local food trace project, supported by the national agency and continuing under the coordination of Kocaeli Governorship, was held in Italy between 14-17 November 2023 at the University of Bologna. At the meeting, where the Institute of Biotechnology was the project partner, content was produced to improve the digital competencies of domestic food producers from Spain, France, Italy and our country.
