Our Faculty Members, Assoc. Dr. Müge İŞLETEN HOŞOĞLU and her Lab Group Organize a Workshop Between 23-24 January

One of our Institute faculty members, Assoc. Dr. Müge İŞLETEN HOŞOĞLU and her team are organizing a Workshop on Sustainable Production of Biobased, Functional Food/Feed Additives and Excipients in the Age of Bioeconomy at the Biotechnology Institute between January 23-24. The workshop is one of the outputs of ÖBEK (Original Bio-Economy Resources) Excellence Laboratory, which is a center of excellence project carried out by the Gebze Technical Education and Research Foundation (GTEAV) supported by the East Marmara Development Agency and coordinated by the GTU Biotechnology Institute. ÖBEK, this center structure, which brings together expert academics in different disciplines from the leading universities of the region and our country, and industrial organizations operating in different sectors, was established to evaluate the bio-economy resources in all of Turkey, especially in the eastern Marmara region, to serve the economy and industry.

You are welcome to our workshop for our sharing and supportive workshops on the production process of sustainable, innovative and functional food/feed additives and auxiliary materials with biotechnology and bioprocesses.
