Faculty of Science is giving education in basic science and training person about basic science, doing basic and applied research in the Department of Chemistry, Mathematics, Molecular Biology and Genetics. One of the five faculties of Gebze Technical University which is established in 1992 Faculty of Science consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Molecular Biology and Genetics Departments.
