ADDITIONAL EXAM SCHEDULE (Announcement Date: 05.02.2024)Updated 06.02.2024

For senior students who cannot graduate from the department they are enrolled in at the end of the maximum education  period (7 years)

. Responsible for the education plan for graduation

• . Courses they never took or failed by not meeting the attendance requirement ( Executive Board Decision of the Council of Higher Education dated 05.07.2023)
• Courses they failed with NA,FF,DC,DD,VF grades
• Success evaluation is made based on midterm studies and final exam results, and only includes applications, laboratories, projects, studios, workshops, sketches, designs, field studies, seminars, final studies, etc. including quality courses

to be given the right to two additional exams in accordance with paragraph (c) of Article 44 of the Higher Education Law No.2547 for all courses they could not complete,

In exercising the right to additional examination;

• Due to the nature of education and training, applications are made in courses that need to be evaluated, ( Students who submit additional exam petitions for courses such as project, laboratory, practice, etc. must contact the course insructor at the latest by the end of the application date)
• Exams will be held in courses where theoretical education is provided, and the same procedures will be carried out for courses that students have not taken before,
• Students continue to pay the student contribution / tuition fee per course in which they take the application / exam,
• These students will not be able to benefit from other student rights other than the right to take exams,

Our Faculty Board of Directors unanimously decided to accept and announce the following additional exam calendar.

1st Additional Exam Application Dates: 05 February 2024 – 08 February 2024

1st Additional Exam Schedule Announcement Date: 09 February 2024

Dates of 1st Additional Exams: 13 February 2024 – 19 February 2024

1st Additional Exam Result Announcement Date: 21 February 2024

2nd Supplementary Exam Application Dates: 22 February 2024- 25 February 2024

2nd Additional Exam Schedule Announcement Date: 26 February 2024

Date of 2nd Additional Exams: 27 February 2024 – 29 February 2024

2nd Additional Exam Result Announcement Date: 01 March 2024
