REGISTRATION RENEWAL (COURSE REGISTRATION) PROCEDURES

From the "Ders ve Dönem İşlemleri" (Course and Semester Procedures) menu, click on "Ders Kayıt" (Course Registration). 

TUITION AND EDUCATION FEES

Thesis Master's Programs and Doctoral Programs

Excluding the time spent in preparatory programs, thesis master's degree students, after surpassing their 4th semester (in 5th semester and later), and doctoral students, after surpassing their 8th semester (in 9th semester and later), are required to pay tuition fees.

    Thesis Master's Program in Management (Evening Education)

The fee per credit is 1,200 TRY, and the fee for one course is 3,600 TRY. When students take the Thesis Study (Uzmanlık Alan Dersi) course for the first time, they pay 3,600 TRY as the fee for one course. They do not pay a fee for the Uzmanlık Alan Dersi in subsequent registrations.

 Non-Thesis Master's Program (Evening Education)

The fee per credit is 750 TRY, and the fee for one course is 2,250 TRY. When these students take the Graduation Project course along with credit courses, they do not pay a fee for the Graduation Project course. However, if they take the Graduation Project without non-credit courses, they pay 2,250 TRY as the fee for one course.

The related fees can be paid through the following methods at all branches of HALKBANK:

*by only providing your student number at all HALKBANK branch counters,

*by entering your student number in the TR identification number section in the University Payments (Üniversite Ödemeleri) menu of HALKBANK ATMs,

*and through HALKBANK Internet Banking by entering your student number instead of your the TR identification number in the Ödemeler / Eğitim ve Sınav Ödemeleri/ Üniversite Harç İşlemleri (Payments / Education and Exam Payments / University Tuition Fees) menu.

Fees paid manually and with the TR Identification Number cannot be viewed in the system. It is important not to make EFT payments. Otherwise, even if you have paid your fee, the system will not be able to allow advisor approval during registration renewals.

 PLEASE NOTE:

 For our evening education thesis and non-thesis programs, if you have selected your courses     but have not paid the tuition fee generated by the system, the system will not allow advisor approval. Similarly, for our thesis master's and doctoral students with tuition fee debts, if the debt is not paid, the system will not allow advisor approval.

GRADUATE COURSE GROUPS

Thesis Master's Programs and Doctoral Programs

Senate Principle-Courses and Course Load, ARTICLE 33 SE: The student is required to take four of the total mandatory credit courses in their program from among the courses opened in their related program or the program's courses.

ANADALİÇ-(Program Courses): Thesis master's and doctoral students are required to take a minimum of 4 courses from this group by the end of the 4th semester.

 ANADALDIŞ-(Non-Program Courses): Courses taken from this group will not count towards the minimum of 4 courses you need to complete from your program. This group enables you to take courses from other programs. By clicking on it, you can change the program section to select courses from other programs.

PLEASE NOTE: When you open this group, you will first see your program courses. Register for your program courses under the "ANADALİÇ-Program Dersleri" section. Otherwise, the system will consider these courses as non-program courses.

BILAR-SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION ETHICS:

 Senate Principle-Courses and Course Load ARTICLE 33 SE -(1): The student is required to take at least one course that covers the topic of scientific research techniques and publication ethics.

Thesis master's and doctoral students are required to take and successfully complete this course that is offered in their program by the end of the 4th semester.

SEMINAR-Seminar Course: Thesis master's and doctoral students are required to take and successfully complete the Seminar course offered in their own program by the end of the 4th semester.

NOTE: Since the Seminar II course is discontinued, students who have successfully completed Seminar I and/or Seminar II in previous semesters are not required to register for the Seminar course.

  UZMALN-Thesis Study Course: For thesis master's programs, registering for the Thesis Study course is mandatory from the semester when the thesis topic is determined; for doctoral   programs, it is mandatory from the first semester following the successful completion of the   doctoral qualifying exam.

Non-Thesis Master's Programs

  Senate Principle-Courses and Course Load, ARTICLE 40 SE (2): The student is required to  take at least five of their total mandatory credit courses from among the courses offered by the department.

ANADALİÇ-Program Courses: Non-thesis master's students are required to take at least 5 of the courses they have to complete during their education (within 3 semesters) from this group.

ANADALDIŞ-Non-Program Courses: Courses taken from this group will not count towards the minimum of 5 courses you need to complete from your program. This group enables you to take courses from other programs. By clicking on it, you can change the program section to select courses from other programs.

IMPORTANT: When you open this group, you will first see your program courses. Register for your program courses under the ANADALİÇ-Program Dersleri section. Otherwise, the system will consider these courses as non-program courses.

 Graduation Project-Project Courses: Allows you to register for the project course opened in your program and conducted by your advisor.
