Please complete your application by following the steps in the  "Information on filling in the application form" section.

*Including applications to different institutes, for the same semester, you may only apply for two different thesis master's programs maximum, while you may apply for 1 doctoral or non-thesis master's program only.

Of those who have applied for two non-thesis master's programs, only the first preference is going to be considered for evaluation, while their second preference will be automatically canceled by the system. 

*Excluding non-thesis master's programs, enrollment in or attendance to more than one graduate program is not allowed.

*Documents received via e-government will be accepted.

*Those students who have not yet graduated may upload their current transcripts onto the diploma field in the documents section.

*If you are missing a valid Foreign Language Exemption score for your applications to thesis master's programs, please select the "Gebze Teknik Üniversitesi Dil Sınavına Gireceğim" (I am going to sit the Gebze Technical University Language Exam) box in the "Başvuru Bilgileri" (Application Details) section and upload the document indicated in the 5th entry below onto the "YDS ve YÖKDİL Sınav Belgesi" (YDS or YÖKDİL Certificate) section in the Belgeler (Documents) field.

Those with a Foreign Language Certificate (YDS/YÖKDİL/ÜDS/KPDS/TOEFL iBT etc.) may upload their document onto the "GTU Yabancı Dil Sınavı Banka Dekontu" (GTU Foreign Language Exam Bank Receipt) section in the Zorunlu Banka Dekontu (Required Bank Receipt) field.

Please do not upload the document if you have an invalid score.

Those candidates who have applied for a thesis master's program and will take the GTU English Proficiency Exam on June 26, 2024 at 10:00 because they are missing a Foreign Language Exemption Certificate (YDS/YÖKDİL/ÜDS/KPDS/TOEFL iBT etc. ) are required to upload their Bank Receipt onto the "YDS veya YÖKDİL Sınav Belgesi" (YDS or YÖKDİL Certificate) and "YDS'ye Eşdeğer Sınav Belgesi" (YDS-Equivalent Exam Certificate section in the documents field of the application form.
