Strategic Plan
In the Article 9 of the law no. 5018, the provision "within the framework of development plans, programs, relevant legislation and adopted principles, public agencies prepare strategic plans using participatory methods with the aim of creating mission and vision for the future, defining strategic and measurable goals, measuring performance in line with previously defined indicators, and monitoring and evaluating the process" is included. Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Strategic Planning in Public Agencies was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey, dated 26 May 2006 and numbered 26179.
