Training Mobility

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Being employed in an Higher Education Institution with Erasmus Charter
2. Applying for a partner university or a company
3. Work plan confirmed and signed by both sending and receiving institution

Duration of the Activity:

Minimum 2 days up to 2 months excluding traveling days.

Application:

Staff shall apply at GTU Erasmus Office within the announced application period by submiting below documents.

1. Acceptance/Invitation Letter from the receiving institution which must include “staff training mobility within Erasmus+ Programme”.
2. Work Plan states the training details and days. If the original document is not submitted during the application period due to postal reasons, a scanned copy will be accepted. The original document must be submitted to Erasmus Office in any case. Grant allocation is done depending on the number of training days.
3. Language Proficiency Score must be submitted with application documents. Applicants without any proficiency test score can take the test organised following the application deadline by GIT Department of Foreign Languages (Min. acceptable test score: Dept.of Foreign Languages: 50 = KPDS/ÜDS/YDS: 50 = TOEFL IBT: 60)

Pre-mobility Documents:

1. Grant Agreement (in two copies) and bank account document received from the bank or a screenshot of internet account. Grant will be paid in Euro. Therefore, the related bank account must EUR account.
2. Assignment Paper stating training mobility within Erasmus+ Staff Training Programme officially issued by the related unit (Faculty, Institute, etc.)

Post-mobility Documents:

1. Final work plan signed and stamped at the end of the mobility
2. Final Report
3. Confirmation Letter provided by receiving institution
4. Flight Tickets and boarding pass (original or copy)
5. Pages including in-out stamps of passport (copy)

Grant:

Grant to be paid covers daily wage and travel support fee determined according to European Commission distance calculator. Grant will be paid in Euro.
