LECTURER BEGÜM TÜREYENGİL ORGANIZED A VIRTUAL REALITY WORKSHOP ON FEBRUARY 20-MARCH 1!

On 20 February, 23 February, 27 February and 1 March, Begüm Türeyengil, an Industrial Design Department lecturer, organised a virtual reality workshop within the scope of the Architectural Design II course, led by Özge Can Balaban, another lecturer in the department. On the first day of the workshop, 14 students participated in an introductory session. The objective was to familiarise the students with the use of virtual reality glasses and to enable them to create 3D sketches using the Gravity Sketch program. Over the subsequent days, the students had the opportunity to experience their 3D models of the spaces they had designed in avatar form and to receive simultaneous feedback from the course instructor in virtual spaces.
