Visiting and Postdoctoral Researchers

Dear Academics,

Retired faculty members and postdoctoral researchers who wish to apply for a TÜBİTAK 1001 Project,  but are not GTU institution employees can apply with the GTU address, provided that they inform the BAP Coordination Office by obtaining approval from their Faculty / Institute that they can take part in the project.

In this case: 

• In the applications of retired faculty members, the supervisor of the academic division where the project will be carried out,  
• In the applications of postdoctoral researchers who are not employees of the institution, the statement of the supervisor faculty member with whom the study will be carried out must also be submitted to the Vice-Rectorate for Research through the BAP Coordination Office.
