Are you passionate about computational drug design and machine learning tools? We're seeking dedicated teammates for our TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 project. Here are the details:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completed or currently undertaking relevant courses.
• No thesis proposal submitted yet.
• Familiarity with computer programming, especially in Bash and Python.
• Hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in Physics, Chemistry, MBG, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, and enrolled in a Ph.D. program in the relevant department.
• Available for full-time work.
• International applicants must have a prospective minimum of 3 years of residency.

• Program Code: TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 (KBAG)
• Title: Development of computational methods for binding/dissociation free energies and other physicochemical properties using artificial neural network potentials in drug design
• Duration: 36 months
• 1 Position Available
• Starting on February 1st, 2024
• Location: Gebze Technical University, Chemistry Department, Computational Chemistry Laboratory (Office: 138)
