Young GTU Researcher to participate in FENS Forum 2018

Ekin Sönmez, a student at the Institute of Biotechnology, GTU, and GTU Molecular Neurobiology Lab (AxanLab) member, has recently received acceptance from FENS Forum Young Investigator Training Program.

Sönmez will presenting a paper at the Fens Forum 2018, which is one of the greatest neuroscience events in the world with more than 30 thousand participants as organized by the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies and which will be held between 7-11 July 2018 in Berlin, Germany. Sönmez has also achieved an important success by being selected to take part in a 3-week study at a laboratory in Germany under the Young Investigator Training Program, which is a privilege for only a limited number of Forum participants (only 40 participants from around the world).
