GTU Students Cannot Get Enough of Nature

At the tree planting event jointly carried out by GTU’s Environment & Young TEMA Club and “Damla” Club, the green GTU campus gain new young trees that will make it even greener.

GTU’s student clubs continue their activities apace. The students who are active members of GTU’s Environment & Young TEMA Club, “Damla” (Drops) Club, and Social Life & Media Club brought together the young trees and the soil.  Apart from the student members of the clubs, Bayramoğlu Press Announcement Agency Holiday Resort’s Director Mehmet Mente, students studying at GTU's graduate programs, and advisors of the clubs were also present at the tree planting event. The event started with Environment & Young TEMA Club Chair Remzican Dayınlarlı’s speech emphasizing the importance of TEMA Foundation and the nature, and continued with Damla Club Chair Dilara Ayvazoğlu’s speech about the significance of the Damla Project and environmental awareness. The event ended with the participants planting young trees.
