Green Transformation Guidance by GTU for SMEs

GTU-TTO, within the frame of the Green Transformation Project in Industry, is to provide guidance for SMEs wishing to comply with green transformation regulations.

Under the Türkiye Green Industry Project coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye with the support of the World Bank, the Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB) and the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) are implementing a program to support Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in meeting the requirements of green transformation regulations. This technical assistance will be supported by the 1831 Green Innovation Technology Mentoring Program. In this context, Gebze Technical University (GTU) Technology Transfer Office (TTO) Inc. has taken a significant step with the mission of leading our companies towards green transformation. GTU-TTO Inc., which has been selected as a solution partner within the scope of the 1831 Green Innovation Technology Mentoring Call by TÜBİTAK, will guide SMEs wishing to comply with green transformation regulations within the framework of the Green Transformation Project in Industry.

GTU-TTO Inc. will provide services such as technology consultancy on current developments and regulations regarding green technologies, capacity or situation analysis, identification of existing problems, solution approaches, and roadmap development to companies. 90% of the service fee to be paid to GTU-TTO Inc. for these services will be covered as grant support by TÜBİTAK. The support period is 6 months, and the upper limit of the project budget is 210,000 TL.
