TÜBİTAK Support for GTU Students

A total of 121 students from GTU (Gebze Technical University) become entitled to receive support under the 2209-A Research Projects Support Program for University Students and 2209-B Industry-Oriented Research Projects Support Program for University Students.
The list of recipients who have earned the right to be supported in the second term of the 2023 Call for Proposals for the 2209-A Research Projects Support Program for University Students and the 2209-B Industry-Oriented Research Projects Support Program for University Students, conducted by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye's (TÜBİTAK) Presidency of Science Fellowships (BİDEB), has been published. Under the 2nd term call for 2023, 104 student projects from 17 departments of GTU applying for TÜBİTAK 2209-A Research Projects Support Program for University Students and 17 student projects from 7 departments applying for 2209-B Industry-Oriented Research Projects Support Program for University Students, totaling to 121 student projects, have become entitled to receive support.
The distribution of student projects by faculty and department in TÜBİTAK 2209-A is as follows: Faculty of Engineering: Biomedical Engineering (15), Environmental Engineering (11), Electronics Engineering (11), Materials Science and Engineering (9), Chemical Engineering (3), Computer Engineering (3), Mechanical Engineering (2), Industrial Engineering (2), Civil Engineering (1). Faculty of Science: Molecular Biology and Genetics (25), Chemistry (6), Physics (3). Faculty of Business Administration: Management (7). Aerospace Faculty: Aeronautical Engineering (2). Faculty of Architecture: Architecture (1), City and Regional Planning (1). Cybersecurity Vocational School: Cybersecurity Analytics and Operations (2).
The distribution of student projects by faculty and department in TÜBİTAK 2209-B is as follows: Faculty of Engineering: Biomedical Engineering (5), Mechanical Engineering (4), Industrial Engineering (3), Electronics Engineering (2), Chemical Engineering (1), Environmental Engineering (1). Faculty of Science: Molecular Biology and Genetics (1).
