GTU and Darıca Science High School Sign Collaboration Agreement

GTU continues to provide support for educational institutions in its region. In this context, it has strengthened its collaboration in the field of education with Darıca Science High School by signing an agreement to work together on scientific and social projects.

The collaboration agreement between GTU and Darıca Science High School Principal's Office was signed by GTU Rector Prof. Dr. Hacı Ali Mantar, Darıca District National Education Director İsmail Oğuz, and Darıca Science High School Principal Yakup Çelik.

Under the agreement, GTU will provide expertise in areas such as in-service training, improvement of the school's educational infrastructure, evaluation of teaching processes, enrichment of the curriculum, and the development of seminars and projects in terms of quality. GTU faculty members will support data collection, research, and the development of scientific teaching methods within the high school.

The signed agreement also allows high school students to visit GTU's academic and research divisions, benefit from laboratories, use the library, and, under conditions deemed appropriate by the faculty members, take classes. The agreement, which envisions collaboration in scientific, sports, and cultural activities, joint project proposals, and guidance and promotional activities for the high school students with high exam success, forms the basis for a strong educational partnership.
