GTU Academics Awarded from Bursa

GTU academics from the Department of Industrial Design have recently won the first and the second prize in the "Bursa International Souvenir Design Contest".

GTU academics Asst. Prof. Dr. Ceyda Özgen, Lecturer Ayşe Dalyanoğlu, Lecturer Nehir Taştan, Res. Asst. Ece Çınar and Res. Asst. Begüm Türeyengil participated in Bursa International Souvenir Design Contest. 

The contest was organized jointly by Bursa Culture, Tourism and Publicity Association and Bursa Municipality for souvenirs that represent Bursa to be designed and manufactured. GTU academics have designed souvenirs in product design category that will pass Bursa's historical, cultural and symbolical values onto future generations. Their designs “Silhouette” ve “Nicaea Puzzle” have become the first and the second from among 727 projects.
