• After you fill out the application form, please upload it in the (Application Form) subsection in the  (Document Type) section under the (Documents) menu on the application screen.

• Applications with documents or not completed by the application deadline will not be accepted. Considering that uploading the documents to the system may take time, it is important not to leave the application until the last days.

• Notary or Official Translator-Certified Bachelor’s and Master’s Transcript

• Notary or Official Translator-Certified Bachelor’s and Master’s Diploma

• Passport

• Curriculum Vitae

• Reference Letter

• ALES Certificate or Equivalent (GRE, GMAT) ** 

• English Proficiency Certificate (YDS-Foreign Language Proficiency Exam Held in Türkiye) or equivalent***  

 

**Candidates who do not have ALES or equivalent (GRE/GMAT) documents and sign the conditional registration petition instead of the document, then select ‘ALES document’ from the ‘Document Type’ menu and upload the signed petition to the relevant menü. Tuition Fees

International students or those admitted from abroad are required to pay tuition fees determined by the University Senate within the minimum and maximum limits set annually by Presidential Decree and approved by the Council of Higher Education.

 

Tuition fees for the 2026–2027 academic year have not yet been determined. Updated fee information will be announced as of July 2026.

 

Subject-Specific Qualifying Exam

Some programmes may require Subject Proficiency Exams. These examinations may take the form of a formal examination and/or interview by the Department to which the student applies.

 

Evaluation of Applications and Admission

• Applications are evaluated by the related Departmental Program Executive Committees and/or Head Offices of the Departments. The evaluation results are communicated to the Institute.

• Applicants whose applications are not accepted are sent a rejection letter.

• For applicants accepted by the Department, the recognition of their previous diplomas obtained from foreign countries is verified through the Council of Higher Education.

• If the previous diplomas obtained from foreign countries are not recognized by the Council of Higher Education, the applicant and the Department are notified of the rejection.

• The recognition certificate, along with the official letter from the Head Office of the Department, is evaluated by the Institute's Executive Board.

• The decision made by the Executive Board is communicated to the applicant, the Head Office of the Department, and the Directorate of Student Affairs.

• Applicants accepted to the program receive an invitation letter (letter of acceptance) from the Directorate of Student Affairs.

• Students who become entitled to finalized enrollment must personally visit the Directorate of Student Affairs by the specified deadline to submit the original or certified copies of the required application documents and complete the in-person enrollment process.
