Gebze Technical University Department of Chemical Engineering was established within the Gebze Institute of Technology and started its graduate education and training activities. In line with the mission and vision of Gebze Technical University, which was established as a specialized university; with the experience gained in Master's and Doctorate programs for many years and well-equipped laboratories, our department has implemented the Chemical Engineering (100% English) Undergraduate Program in the 2017-2018 academic year.

Gebze Technical University Chemical Engineering Undergraduate Program is designed to respond to the latest developments in the field of chemical engineering in our country and in the world and prepares students for the sustainable technologies of the future. In our research laboratories established for this purpose, studies on modern topics of the profession such as hydrogen technologies, battery technologies, process control and optimization, fuel cells, catalyst technologies, mathematical modeling, advanced separation processes, polymer technologies and food technologies are carried out, and it is aimed to train experts in the field who integrate theory and practice and contribute to scientific developments.
