Units prepare the steps for the use of the devices they use in the performance of the works within the scope of their duties and responsibilities as device instructions and prepare them in a format suitable for the Integrated Management System (IMS) (FR-0258 Device Usage Instruction) and send them to our Coordinatorship and ensure that they are published on the web in a way open to all stakeholders.

The Unit Quality Officer is responsible for creating all of the device usage instructions of his/her unit and submitting them to our Coordinatorship for registration together with the relevant request form (FR-0051 Document/Recording Request Form) after the approval of the supervisor. Unit device usage instructions must be checked periodically by the Unit Quality Officer and any updates, if any, must be submitted to our Coordinatorship with the relevant request form (FR-0047 Document Change Request and Approval Form). If the unit wishes to repeal the device usage instructions in question, the request must be submitted to our Coordination Office with the FR-0444 Document Repeal Form by the Unit Quality Officer after the approval of the supervisor.

Updates caused by changes in the devices used by the unit and new device usage instructions required as a result of new devices being assigned to the responsibility of the Unit must be submitted to our Coordinatorship immediately. It is sufficient to send the relevant request forms and the documents containing the device instructions ready for publication digitally via e-mail to kalite@gtu.edu.tr.
