Workflows

 

Units organize the steps for the execution of the works within the scope of their duties and responsibilities as workflows and prepare them in a format suitable for the Integrated Management System (IMS) (FR-0138 Workflow Diagram) and send them to our Coordination Office and ensure that they are published on the web open to all stakeholders.

The Unit Quality Officer is responsible for creating all of the workflows of his/her unit and submitting them to the Coordination Office for registration together with the relevant request form (FR-0051 Document/Recording Request Form) after the approval of the supervisor. The Unit Quality Officer must periodically check unit workflows and any updates, if any, must be submitted to the Coordination Office with the relevant request form (FR-0047 Document Change Request and Approval Form). Suppose the unit wishes to abolish the workflow in question. In that case, the request must be submitted to our Coordination Office with the FR-0444 Document Abolition Form by the Unit Quality Officer after the supervisor's approval.

Updates caused by changes in the unit's way of doing business/legislation and new workflows required as a result of assigning new tasks to the unit's responsibility must be submitted to the Coordination Office immediately. It is sufficient to send the relevant request forms and documents containing the workflows ready for digital publication to kalite@gtu.edu.tr by e-mail.
