GTU continues to make a name for itself on the international stage. Maintaining its position in the 401–500 band in the prestigious 2025 Asia University Rankings by THE, GTU stands out with its noticeable progress in research environment, research quality, industry, and international outlook.
The international higher education ranking organization Times Higher Education (THE) has announced the results of its Asia University Rankings for 2025. In this ranking, which evaluated over a thousand universities across Asia with great rigor, Gebze Technical University (GTU) has achieved a significant success by being placed in the 401–500 band.
Recognized as one of Türkiye’s leading research universities, GTU has made progress particularly in research quality and in offering a high-caliber research environment, as evidenced by the comprehensive evaluation based on criteria such as teaching, research environment, research quality, industry, and international outlook.
