The Right to Information Law entered into force on 24.04.2004. The "Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of the Right to Information Law", which is one of the most important regulations in the Turkish public administration, was published in the Official Gazette dated 27.04.2004.

Application for Information Acquisition 
 

The requested information or document shall be notified to the applicant before the expiry of 15 working days. If it concerns more than one institution or organisation, access to the information or document shall be provided within 30 working days. In this case, the extension of this period and the justification thereof shall be notified to the applicant before the end of 15 working days.
 

 

Bank Account where the Information and Document Access Fee will be deposited if requested;

If you deposit it to Ziraat Bank account no. 1361-3611-5001 and give the receipt to the Information Acquisition Unit, the information and documents you have requested will be sent to you.
