The Learning Agreement is an informal contract that indicates precisely what modules GTU Erasmus Exchange Students will be studying. It should be completed well before arriving at the host institution. Subsequent modifications to Learning Agreement are permitted as long as they are agreed by all parties concerned.

 

3. Request for Academic Recognition (.doc)

Undergraduate studies / Graduate studies

 

Erasmus students should fill, sign and give this contract to the relevant Department  before they leave Türkiye, in order to have their study period abroad be officially recognized.

Erasmus Office fill and the students should sign this contract at GTU Erasmus Office before they leave Türkiye, in order to get the first 80% of the Erasmus grant.

 

5. Contract for Traineeship Recognition

 

Undergraduate students should fill and submit their Internship recognition contracts to their departments, and if their Institutes want them to, the graduate students also should do the same process. The internship learning agreement should be attached to this contract. The internship to be performed may be compulsory or optional/voluntary. In both cases, the submission of this document to the relevant department is mandatory. This document is not among the departmental mandatory internship procedures. Departmental compulsory internship procedures are carried out separately with the Internship commission of the relevant department. In case of recent graduate internship mobilities, the recent graduate student does not need to prepare and submit this contract.

 

 

6. Letter of Confirmation (.doc) (for student mobility)

The confirmation letter should be filled and signed&stamped by the host institution. The form can either be sent to us by post or the student may bring it with when he/she returns to Turkey.
