Duties

  1. To prepate the agenda of the University Senate meetings, write the decisions and ensure their distribution to the relevant divisions and departments
     
  2. To prepare the agenda of the University Executive Board meetings, write the decisions and ensure their distribution to the relevant units
     
  3. To record and transfer the incoming documents to our university
     
  4. To carry out the procedures related to KEP (Registered Electronic Mail), send and receive e-mail via KEP
     
  5. To carry out postal operations
     
  6. To conduct internal and external correspondence
