Duties
- To prepate the agenda of the University Senate meetings, write the decisions and ensure their distribution to the relevant divisions and departments
- To prepare the agenda of the University Executive Board meetings, write the decisions and ensure their distribution to the relevant units
- To record and transfer the incoming documents to our university
- To carry out the procedures related to KEP (Registered Electronic Mail), send and receive e-mail via KEP
- To carry out postal operations
- To conduct internal and external correspondence
- To perform other tasks assigned by the Rector
