GTU and Bingöl University Sign Collaboration Protocol

Bingöl University, which has been designated as a pilot university under the "Regional Development-Focused Mission Differentiation and Specialization" project, financed by the Ministry of Development, Republic of Turkey, and organized by Turkish Council of Higher Education, and GTU, which has been designated as a research university under the same project, have recently signed a collaboration protocol. The protocol was signed by the rectors of the two universities, Prof. İbrahim Çapak (PhD), Bingöl University, and Prof. Muhammed Hasan Aslan (PhD), GTU, at the Bingöl University Insitutes Conference Hall. The signing ceremony organized for the protocol was attended by Ali Mantı, Governor of Bingöl; Yücel Barakazi, Mayor of Bingöl; academics and administrative executives of both universities; and many other participants.
