ASELSAN Visits GTU

ASELSAN engineers recently visited GTU. The engineers and GTU faculty members exchanged opinions on their common areas of work.

11 engineers and scientists working for ASELSAN, the leading organization in Turkish defense industry, paid a visit to GTU the previous day. Taking a tour of GTU laboratories all day, the group had the chance to closely examine the national and international activities carried out at the laboratories. Professor Haluk Görgün, GTU Rector, then hosted the engineers in his office and exchanged opinions with them on the areas of work they have in common. As a member of ASELSAN’s Board of Directors at the same time, Rector Görgün said that he believed there will be important outputs of this visit in line with the interests of the country and that GTU will always use its human resources and infrastructure in that direction.
