There will be no development without women

Rector of GTU Prof. Haluk Görgün hasn't forgotten the female staff on 8^th March World Women's Day. Görgün, who came together with GTU women, celebrated Women's Day by presenting flowers to them.

On 8^th March World Women's Day, GTU academic and administrative female staff participated in the Women's Day event organized at Gebze Technical University (GTU) Pond Park. City's Women Platform (KENT-KA) which shows in Gebze Region, One Expectation Disableds Association, Love Angels Art Workshop Women and also National Boxer Nagehan Gül Malkoç participated this event. Rector of GTU Prof. Haluk Görgün presented the women with roses and celebrated their 8^th March World Women's Day. Rector Görgün took care of one by one the university with female employees and chatted with them for a while. Görgün stated with the expressions gave worth women: "It is not possible to develop without our women power." At the end of the event, handmade gifts were given to Görgün and his wife by the volunteers of Love Angels Art Workshop. Also, GTU Private First Focus Kindergarten students who made the flowers with their own hands gave these gifts to women.
