Our academic, Dr. Yeşim Can-Sağlam, has been awarded the "TÜBİTAK 2218 National Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship" provided to contribute to the development of qualified human resources.

The project titled "The Role of Green Intellectual Capital and Innovation in the Relationship Between Green Transformational Leadership and Green Supply Chain Management: The Moderating Effect of Environmental Dynamism," which is led by Dr. Yeşim Can-Sağlam, Research Assistant at the Social Sciences Institute of Gebze Technical University (GTU), and advised by Prof. Dr. Ali Ekber Akgün, Faculty Member at the Department of Management at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Yıldız Technical University, has been awarded support under the 2218 National Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship Program of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) Scientist Support Programs Presidency (BİDEB).

Within the scope of the project, the relationships between green transformational leadership, green intellectual capital, green innovation, and green supply chain management will be determined, and the role of environmental dynamism in these relationships will be investigated. Sustainability issues should be more prevalent, especially in developing economies and the manufacturing sector, where more energy is consumed and more environmental pollution is caused as a result. Therefore, more research on sustainability issues, particularly in the production sector, is needed in developing economies. However, studies on sustainability in the supply chain are relatively new research areas. In this context, the research aims to increase existing knowledge in the field, enrich the literature, and draw the attention of businesses to the field of sustainability.
