Minister Kirişçi Examines the Future of Agriculture at GTU

Prof. Dr. Vahit Kirişçi, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye, examined the sites at GTU campus where vertical agriculture activities are taking place. Minister Kirişçi was accompanied by Kocaeli Governor Seddar Yavuz, other district and city officials, and hosted by GTU Rector Prof. Dr. Hacı Ali Mantar and academics. Following his visit to Çayırova Seed Certification and Test Directorate of the General Directorate of Plant Production, which is located at GTU campus, Minister Kirişçi toured the sites of the campus where soilless agriculture applications are taking part.
