GTU and ASELSAN Sign Agreement for R&D and Technology Collaboration

An R&D and technology collaboration agreement has been signed between ASELSAN, Türkiye's biggest defense electronics organization, and GTU as a research university.  The signing ceremony was participated by Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir, President of the Defense Industry Agency of the Republic of Türkiye; Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün, CEO and General Manager of ASELSAN; GTU Rector Prof. Dr. Hacı Ali Mantar; ASELSAN and GTU executives; academics and students. Delivering a speech at the ceremony, which took place at GTU's Congress and Cultural Center, Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir said science and technology constitute the core dynamics of the Republic of Türkiye and this collaboration is a step taken in that direction.
