The project proposal "PALİMSEST" by the academics Assoc. Prof. Tayfun Salihoğlu, Res. Asst. Selin Aslan, Res. Asst. Emre Söylemez and their team members from our Department of City and Regional Planning under the Faculty of Engineering for the Istanbul City Walls Topkapı Inner Fortress Square Urban Design Competition (İstanbul Kara Surları Topkapı Kaleiçi Meydanı Kentsel Tasarım Yarışması) organized by the Municipality of Fatih has won the 1st prize.
