GTU Academic Awarded by METU

Asst. Prof. Dr. Nursel Erey from the Department of Mathematics at GTU has been awarded the Research Incentive Grant for 2021 by METU's Prof. Dr. Mustafa N. Parlar Foundation.

Erey conducts her research at GTU in the subfield of commutative algebra of theoretical mathematics. Her studies have contributed to the solutions of problems related to homogeneous ideals in multivariate polynomial rings.
