Delivery of Internship Documents (Updated)
As previously announced, internship documenst have been transferred to the online system.
- After completing the form shared in the link, the form will be approved by the head of the internship commission and the department head and sent to the dean’s office.
- When you fill out your internship document, you are expected to send your signed internship acceptance document to the head of the internship commission by e-mail. Otherwise, your internship document will not be approved.
- After your internship document is approved, you must hand-deliver your wet-signed internship acceptance document and your health insurance eligibility document to the internship unit at the dean's office.
