Micro/Nano Device Laboratory at the Institute of Nanotechnology were visited by the Association of Cleanroom Technologies and Committee of CleanroomNews. In addition to talk over the lithography studies conducting under cleanroom conditions at GTU, potential collaborations were discussed.
