2023 Twinning Call:
2023 Twinning call is open for applications. The deadline is 28th of September 2023. Twinning aims to enhance networking activities between the research institutions of the Widening countries and top-class leading counterparts at EU level by linking it with at least two research institutions from two different Member States or Associated Countries. Twinning actions intend to help raise the research profile of the institution form the Widening country as well as the research profile of its staff including a special focus on strengthening the research management and administrative skills of the coordination institution from the Widening country.
The duration of the Twinning project should be up to 3 years with a budget of 0.8-1.5 Million Euros.
Twinning is a CSA call that supports coordination and capacity building activities. Specifically for the Twinning call, 30% of the budget may be used in Research and Innovation activities.In 2023, 2 Twinning calls are opened: HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-ACCESS-02-01 (bottom-up Twinning call) HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-ACCESS-02-02 (Twinning Green Deal) (Climate research; Green technologies; Renewable energy; Sustainable mobility; Biodiversity research; Sustainable use of natural resources (land, water, air).
