Established the Yeditepe Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry Laboratory (YediPROT) in the Department of Genetics and Bioengineering at Yeditepe University, Istanbul, Turkiye and started/organized proteomic services for the department and other universities/companies until October 2023.

CimenLAB deals with;
- Development of small molecule/peptide/protein-based therapeutic applications for mitochondria-targeting in metabolic/rare diseases and neurodegenerative diseases, obesity, longevity, diabetes.
- Mechanistic/synergistic studies for complementary treatments in cancer (3-bromopyruvate, dichloroacetate, sodium borate, berberine, curcumin, sodium borate derivatives)
- Investigation of the relationship between circadian rhythm and mitochondria against drug resistancy (BMAL1 vs IMM)
- Single cell omics, 2D/3D culture systems, exosome-based drug delivery/targeting systems
- Nutriproteomics for berberine, resveratrol, and quercetin vs mitochondrial anomalies
- Development and use of AI-based integration of multiomics
