• On October 24, 2024, a one-day (8-hour) refresher training was delivered by personnel from the Provincial Directorate of Health to 13 staff members holding valid first aid certificates, in accordance with the First Aid Regulation. The training took place at the Gebze Courthouse Training Hall, and the validity of the certificates was extended for three years.

• On October 16–17, 2024, a certified two-day (16-hour) first aid training was held at the Gebze District Health Directorate Training Hall. Four personnel who successfully passed both the theoretical and practical exams were awarded certified first aid certificates.

• On September 11–12, 2024, a certified two-day (16-hour) first aid training was conducted at the Gebze District Health Directorate Training Hall. Eight personnel who successfully completed the theoretical and practical exams were awarded certified first aid certificates.

• On April 30, 2024, an Emergency Response Teams Training and Evacuation Drill lasting 2.5 hours was conducted for 36 staff members at the University’s Congress and Cultural Center Training Hall by personnel from the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department.

• On April 29, 2024, an Emergency Response Teams Training and Evacuation Drill was conducted for 57 personnel at the University Congress and Cultural Center Training Hall. This 2.5-hour training was also delivered by personnel from the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department.
