Students who have earned the right to study in Europe under the Erasmus exchange program must complete and sign this petition and submit it to the relevant department before departing. This ensures they can officially maintain their student status abroad during the specified dates. |

| Students who have been granted the right to study or intern in Europe under the Erasmus exchange program must sign this contract before departing to receive the first 80% of the grant provided through the program. Once the student has sent all required documents to the office via email, the contract is prepared by the Erasmus Office. The student is then called to the office to sign the contract. | |

5. Traineeship Recognition/Submission Form Undergraduate students must address their Internship Recognition Forms to the heads of their departments, while graduate students should submit theirs to the heads of their respective institutes or major departments. The petition must include the internship learning agreement as an attachment. The internship to be undertaken can be either mandatory or voluntary. In both cases, submission of this document to the relevant department head is required. This document is not part of the mandatory internship procedures. The mandatory internship procedures are carried out separately with the Internship Commission of the relevant department. In the case of recent graduates, this procedure and document are not required. |
