The proper execution of the protocol process in hosting delegations and guests visiting our university holds great importance in terms of the significant benefits and prestige it brings to our institution. In this context, in order to carry out projects related to the promotion and publicity of events and organizations organized by our university, the Events and Protocol Unit, affiliated with the Office of Press and Public Relations, was established on January 9, 2023. The Events and Protocol Unit is responsible for handling reservations and all other procedures related to any kind of organization to be held by our university, primarily in the Congress and Cultural Center. Those who wish to organize an event are required to fill out the form below and submit it to the unit via EBYS at least 15 days prior to their event.
