Requirements for Term Project Submission for Master's Degree without Thesis

 

Before Project Delivery:

 

The project must be submitted to the Advisor on the date specified in the academic calendar. After the approval of the consultant;

 

FR-0436 Project Compliance Report: The project prepared according to the thesis writing guide is sent by e-mail to the relevant Department Thesis Control Officer. Click here for the Department Thesis Control Officer. After the approval of the thesis control officer of the Department, the Project Compliance Report signatures are completed. Together with the Project Compliance Report; (will be checked up to 3 times)

 

The following documents are prepared and delivered to the Department.

 

> FR-0435 Non-Thesis Master's Project Report: This form should be prepared in 2 copies, after the approval of the Advisor and Student Affairs, 1 copy must be submitted to the Student Affairs Department, and the other copy is submitted to the Department after the approval of the Program Coordinator with the following attachments. It will be forwarded to the Institute via EBYS by the Head of Department. You can reach the Program Coordinators / Program Executive Boards here.

> Page 1 of the Academic Plagiarism Prevention Report evaluation printout (Must confirm that it is appropriate with the signature of the advisor)

 

> FR-0175 Undergraduate / Graduate Affixed Cut-off Form: For graduation, the Student Affairs Office should be contacted for online attached cut-off procedures, the approval from all units should be followed and the printout of the relevant page should be added. (Institute approval is made after the completion of all documents and the graduation decision of the Board of Directors)

 

 

Things to be Delivered to the Institute by Hand:

> 1 Projects in bound form (The project cover should be prepared using white cardboard binding.)

> 2 CD in PDF Format
