The steps that students must follow during the internship application process are as follows: • The student will prepare an internship form that he/she will fill out and sign along with the internship acceptance document. • Approval for the internship slip will first be obtained from the Head of the Department Internship Commission and then from the Department Head. Submission of the Internship Acceptance Certificate is required for the internship slip to be approved. • The "eligibility certificate" obtained from e-government, the internship acceptance certificate and the approved internship slip will be submitted to the Dean's Office, and the Dean's Office will complete the SSI entries based on these documents. • Once the process is completed, both the student and the department can confirm that the process has been completed from the dean's office.

Internship notebooks must be spiralized and delivered. Internship notebooks must be submitted to the Environmental Engineering Secretariat with forms FR-0185, FR-0186 and FR-0080 at the final delivery.
The "Student Internship Receipt" will be filled out electronically by the student and three copies will be prepared, one copy of which will be delivered to the Internship Committee.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Optional/Compulsory Internship Evaluation Document, Internship Notebook, Internship Report, Internship Evaluation Survey, Intern's Institution Evaluation Survey are among the documents that our intern students must submit to their departments at the end of their internship.
The start and end dates of internships must be determined as a 20 working day internship (except for special cases) within the date range specified below. *17 July 2023 – 11 August 2023 (20 Business days) *15 August 2023 – 12 September 2023 (20 business days) *For students who will take courses from the Summer School, between 17 July 2023 - 11 September 2023 (20 working days)
