The Publication Commission of our University was established in accordance with Article 2 of the Regulation on Publications of Universities published in dated 03.02.1984 and numbered 18301 of the Official Gazette.

According to the principles determined by the university senate, it makes the necessary plans in terms of publications, makes all kinds of decisions and monitors the implementations. Commission decisions are finalized with the approval of the university board of directors. The publication commission, upon reviewing manuscripts that are ready for publication, makes decisions on:

a) Whether it is suitable for publication in terms of quality and educational needs,

b) Which of the categories to in Article 1 the work belongs to,

c) The order of publication, number of copies to be printed, cost, sale prices, and royalties to be paid.
