Senate Policy - Finalization of Doctoral Thesis

ARTICLE 54 SE -

(2) In order for the student to defend his/her thesis, at least 3 (three) Thesis Monitoring Committee reports, a grade of “Developing” (D) in the Specialization Area Course, and finally a grade of “Successful” (P) are required.  In the thesis submission, it is necessary to publish at least 1 (one) original / full article produced from the doctoral thesis according to the principles specified in Article 31 SE and / or to have received the acceptance letter from the editor. The student must have the published article(s) or the acceptance letter signed by the editor and the full text of the article approved by the Head of the relevant Department and the Director of the Graduate School after the Thesis Monitoring Committee approves that it is produced from the doctoral thesis.
