In accordance with the decision of the General Assembly of Higher Education dated 20.11.2008 and numbered 22, the "Bologna Coordination Commission (BCC)" of our University was established by the decision of our University Senate dated 11.07.2018 and session number 2018/08, based on the working principles set by the Council of Higher Education (HEC) for Higher Education Institutions.

The duties of BCC are as follows:

a) To prepare the institution’s Annual Action Plan on issues within the scope of the Bologna Process as outlined by the Council of Higher Education (HEC), ensure its implementation, and submit the Institutional Report to the Council of Higher Education by the end of May each year to contribute data for the national annual report.

b) To systematically organize in-service training seminars for internal and external stakeholders regarding relevant legislation and implementation matters related to the main working areas of the Bologna Process; and to take necessary measures to ensure that Bologna Process practices are integrated into academic boards of the institution and its units.

c) To evaluate the conducted activities and determine strategies for the next implementation period.

d) To monitor and participate in the activities of the Council of Higher Education and European Higher Education Area (EHEA) institutions and organizations (such as EUA, ENQA, ESU, EURASHE) related to the Bologna Process and to lead institutional preparations in line with these activities.
