The committee has been formed with the aim to evaluate, accept and support, as well as handle, monitor and evaluate results for and announce to the public scientific research project offers to be conducted at higher education institutions based on the Article 1 of the Regulations Governing Scientific Research Projects published in the Official Gazette dated 26 November 2016 and numbered 29900.
