Mediation Committee

 

The Mediation Committee has been established based on Article 3 of the Labor Courts Act No. 7036, Article 15(10) of the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes No. 6325, and Article 18 of the Regulation on Mediation in Civil Disputes published in the Official Gazette dated 02.06.2018 and numbered 30439.


According to the relevant principles, mediation refers to a dispute resolution method conducted as a public service, whereby a neutral and independent third party with specialized training applies systematic techniques to bring the parties together for discussions and negotiations, establishes a communication process to enable the parties to understand each other and to produce their own solutions, and may propose solutions if the parties are unable to do so.
