Article 3 of the Labour Courts Law No. 7036, the tenth paragraph of Article 15 of the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes No. 6325 and Article 18 of the Regulation on the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes published in the Official Gazette dated 02.06.2018 and numbered 30439.
According to the Principles, Mediation refers to a dispute resolution method carried out as a public service with the participation of an impartial and independent third party who has received specialised training, who brings the parties together for the purpose of meeting and negotiating by applying systematic techniques, who realises the establishment of a communication process between them in order to ensure that they understand each other and thus produce their own solutions, who can also propose a solution in case it is revealed that the parties cannot produce a solution.
